Not accepting new bookings right now.
The Ottawa location at 1525 Carling Avenue is being re-confirmed with the operator and is not currently accepting new meeting-room bookings. We're being honest about it rather than taking a reservation we can't honour.
The waitlist is the right move if you need a Carling-corridor room specifically — you'll hear from us the moment Ottawa reopens, before the location is listed as broadly available again.
6-person rooms at $60/hour; 20-person rooms at $80/hour.
When Ottawa was last operating, two meeting-room sizes were published: a 6-person room at $60/hour + HST — right for most client-facing meetings, interviews, and small working sessions — and a 20-person room at $80/hour + HST, large enough for team offsites and investor-style presentations.
Both sizes come with the Venture X baseline: front-desk reception for your guests, kitchen access for coffee and water, and the Carling Avenue corridor's walkable restaurants for before and after. Pricing is per hour; expect confirmation of the final rate when you re-engage.
The closest open Venture X with hourly rooms.
If you need a meeting room before Ottawa reopens, Venture X Richmond Hill at 120 East Beaver Creek Road is the closest open location east of the GTA, with rooms from $50/hour that include digital whiteboards, conference cameras, and smart TVs. It's a ~4.5-hour drive from downtown Ottawa via Highway 7 — practical for pre-planned day trips, not for a same-day booking.
For meetings closer to home that need to happen this week, we'd rather point you to a credible alternative than hold a booking we can't deliver. Tell us what you need on the form below and we'll make a recommendation.
Before you reach out.
- Why isn't the Ottawa location taking bookings?
- The location at 1525 Carling Avenue is being re-confirmed with the operator. Rather than taking a reservation we might not be able to honour, we've paused new bookings and are managing demand via waitlist until the location is formally re-opened.
- What does the waitlist actually get me?
- An early-access window. When Ottawa reopens for bookings, we reach out to the waitlist first — before the location is re-listed broadly. If you need a specific date, tell us in the form; we'll flag your request against the reopening timeline.
- What were the room sizes and pricing when Ottawa was open?
- Published rates were $60/hour + HST for the 6-person room and $80/hour + HST for the 20-person room. We expect similar sizing when the location reopens; final pricing will be confirmed before any waitlist-to-booking conversion.
- Is there a closer alternative for an urgent meeting?
- The closest open Ontario Venture X with hourly meeting rooms is Richmond Hill at 120 East Beaver Creek Road, with rooms from $50/hour. It's a long drive from Ottawa — practical for a planned trip, not a same-week booking. Tell us the context in the form; we can suggest the right fit.
