Mississauga Erindale and Sherwoodtowne tend to have the smallest-footprint private offices in the network — a defensible way to swap a home office for a professional one without over-committing on square footage.

For a 4-12 person growing team

Burlington, Oakville, North York, and Richmond Hill carry larger suites that scale as you hire — move walls or shift to the next-size office with 30 days’ notice, not a 5-year lease.

For Toronto-metro positioning

    Every private office is move-in furnished — desks, task chairs, filing storage, overhead lighting. Just bring your laptops and monitors. If you want a specific layout or a sit-stand swap, the location host can usually accommodate.

  • Do private office members get 24/7 access?

    Yes. Every private office member gets a keycard with 24/7 access to their location, including common areas, phone booths, and the kitchen. Great for teams across time zones or founders who work odd hours.

  • What's the shortest commitment?

    Month-to-month at most locations, with a small escalation on single-month terms. Longer commitments (3, 6, 12 months) earn progressively better rates — ask the location host about the specific trade-off at your target site.
