Transit-adjacent: Etobicoke sits steps from Kipling TTC and the GO terminal in Dundas Kipling Centre; North York is a 5-minute walk from North York Centre subway on Yonge Street; Mississauga Erindale is minutes from Erindale GO Station. Highway-adjacent: Mississauga Heartland is right next to the 401; Richmond Hill sits at the 7/404/407 interchange; Burlington is off the QEW near Burloak Drive.

By amenities

Mississauga Erindale has a gym, sauna, and squash court on site. Burlington includes a free gym and an on-site restaurant / café. North York, Richmond Hill, and Etobicoke all run 24/7 keycard access with premium furniture and insulated private offices nearby when you need a quiet call. Every location includes concierge service and unlimited coffee / tea.

By published price

Lowest published dedicated-desk price in the network is Mississauga Sherwoodtowne at $400/month. Oakville at $525/month includes boardroom access and unlimited beverages (sparkling water and Italian soda in addition to coffee / tea). Etobicoke is $425/month. Mississauga Erindale is $600/month and bundles the gym and squash. Richmond Hill does not currently publish a dedicated-desk price (open desk from $350/month; reserved seating on request).

  • Is the desk really mine, or does someone else sit there when I’m out?

    Really yours. A dedicated desk is reserved for you around the clock at your chosen location — monitor, keyboard, personal items stay in place. This is the main thing that separates a dedicated desk from an open desk / hot desk. Nine locations offer it (though at Richmond Hill it’s currently reserved-seat on request rather than a published plan).

  • Can I access the space outside business hours?

    Yes. Every Venture X location that offers dedicated desks includes 24/7 keycard access for members — early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays. Front-desk hours vary by location; keycard access does not.

  • What are the current dedicated-desk prices?

    Published starting prices vary: Mississauga Sherwoodtowne from $400/month, Etobicoke from $425/month, Oakville from $525/month, Mississauga Heartland from $525/month, Ottawa from $525/month, Mississauga Erindale from $600/month.   • What’s the difference versus an open desk / hot desk?

    Open desk = sit anywhere there’s space, pack up when you leave. Dedicated desk = the same seat every day, lockable storage, leave your gear overnight, and 24/7 access.
