By pricing
Oakville is the lowest published rate in the network at $30/hour, and includes boardroom access and unlimited beverages (coffee, tea, sparkling water, Italian soda). Mississauga Erindale, Heartland, and Sherwoodtowne sit at $40/hour. Richmond Hill is $50/hour. Etobicoke uses a two-tier rate — $50/hour for Venture X members, $90/hour for the public. Ottawa publishes $60/hour for a 6-person room and $80/hour for a 20-person room, but is currently on waitlist. Burlington and North York hold meeting-room rates on request.
By capacity
For 2-6 people: every location can seat you. For 10-12: Mississauga Erindale and Oakville list dedicated boardrooms. For 20+: Ottawa publishes a 20-person room rate ($80/hour), and Burlington, Etobicoke, North York, Oakville, and Richmond Hill all list event space on site for larger groups. If capacity is the deciding factor, call the location host directly.
By AV + extras
Richmond Hill is the most AV-equipped: digital whiteboards, conference cameras, and smart TVs with HDMI and casting in every meeting room. Oakville includes a conference phone and large TV plus unlimited beverages. Every location includes coffee, tea, and water at no extra charge; catering is available on request everywhere.
Common questions about meeting rooms.
Can I book a meeting room without being a Venture X member?
Yes. Every one of our nine locations takes hourly meeting-room bookings from non-members. Members get a reduced rate at some locations (Etobicoke is the clearest example — $50/hour for members vs $90/hour for the public). Where only one rate is published, that rate applies to anyone.
What sizes of rooms are available?
From 2-person huddle rooms up to boardrooms and event spaces for 20+. Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga Erindale, and Richmond Hill all list dedicated boardrooms. For a specific capacity at a specific location, see that location’s meeting-rooms page or call ahead.

Every meeting room includes a large display with HDMI / casting, conference audio or camera, and whiteboards.
