The commute advantage

A desk that doesn't force the TTC-vs-car decision.

Most workspaces require you to pick a side — transit-oriented downtown with hostile parking, or a suburban park with no transit. Etobicoke is unusually balanced. Kipling TTC Station (Line 2) and the Kipling GO terminal are both inside the Dundas Kipling Centre complex, which means members commuting from downtown, Mississauga via GO, or western Toronto can be at the desk door-to-door in under 40 minutes.

For days you drive — client meetings in Mississauga, a trip to Pearson, errands south toward the lake — three floors of underground parking are in the building. No circling for street parking, no two-block walk from a cheaper garage. The desk is the same desk whether you came in on the subway or the Gardiner.

The desk

A partial-6th-floor workspace with full amenities.

Suite 601 is on a partial 6th floor at Dundas Kipling Centre — a workspace layout with a mix of private offices, dedicated desks, and open-desk areas. Your dedicated desk is a kept seat with lockable storage; your monitor, keyboard, and gear stay set up between visits, and the lockable storage holds anything you'd rather not leave in sight.

Published pricing is $425/month for the dedicated desk — below the Mississauga Erindale and Burlington starting prices, which makes Etobicoke a strong value for operators who want the same amenity set (24/7 keycard, concierge, cleaning, premium furniture, A/V-equipped meeting rooms) at a lower monthly.

Meeting rooms

Member rates on state-of-the-art meeting space.

Dedicated-desk members pay the member rate of $50/hour for Etobicoke's meeting rooms — half the public rate of $90/hour. If your pattern includes a handful of in-person client meetings per month, that math closes the gap on the plan cost quickly.

The rooms are AV-equipped (large displays, conference phone or camera, whiteboards) and the location has an equipped kitchen and lounge areas for the pre- and post-meeting coffee. For client meetings coming in on Kipling TTC or GO, the walk from the station entrance to your meeting room is a few minutes under cover.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

How does the TTC + GO access actually work from the building?
Dundas Kipling Centre is the complex that houses Kipling TTC Station (Line 2 Bloor-Danforth subway) and the Kipling GO terminal (serving the Milton line and GO buses). Your dedicated desk is on the partial 6th floor at 5343 Dundas Street West — a short walk from both station platforms, mostly under cover.
What does the underground parking cost?
Three floors of underground parking are available in the building. Parking pricing and monthly tag availability are confirmed at tour — the Etobicoke host will walk you through options based on your usage pattern (daily driving, mixed, or occasional).
What's the dedicated desk at $425/month compared to an open desk at $325?
The $100/month difference buys you the same seat every day with your setup kept in place, lockable storage, and 24/7 keycard access. Open desk ($325/month) is any available seat on any day, with nothing stored between visits.
How do I book meeting rooms as a dedicated-desk member?
Dedicated-desk members use the member rate ($50/hour) for Etobicoke's meeting rooms. The booking process is confirmed at onboarding by the location host; most members book through a shared calendar system or the front desk directly.
